And I wonder why I am frustrated??? Today in training I spent over 2 hours focusing on customer service and how important it is in the financial industry. Our products are essentially the same products that any other bank offers so the people that provide the products and service must clearly distinguish us from our competitors through our service. With that being said, as I was balancing the checkbook this evening I noticed a charge from this restaurant was significantly MORE $5.00 to be exact then what I signed on the dotted line for. Giving the restuarant room for error, I called to explain the situation. NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH OR KNEW WHAT A MANAGER WAS!!!! So I got in the car and drove there. An appology or explanation was NOT given. So they gave me my $5 back and walked away. I proceeded to walk out the door but then I started thinking, what is wrong with this picture??? Solving El Agave's customer service issues will not be on my task list anytime in the near future. Ironically, the original tip was gratuity of 30%. This is coming from over 4 years of serving expereince but what more do you expect??? So I guess this has something to do with the fact of why I am frustrated today:) And by the way, I am NOT recommending you visit El Gave's anytime soon unless you plan on paying with cash!

Did you have to get the waiters attention with your napkin-wrapped silverware? WOW! I don't think I'd go there even if I had cash. Sounds pretty questionable at best!
