Well, I have to start by asking where the
last month went to??? Last post was some
time ago!!! I LOVE 4 day weekends- so much
stuff can get D-O-N-E! Happy 4th of July to
everyone a day late. The following are some
pictures of what I did this weekend. I would
also like to mention that Walgreens Heavy
Duty Powercell batteries SUCK!!! I just went
through an entire 6 pack while taking these
pictures. I know that my camera has a lot to
do with that but seriously!!!

So, I will start with the outside...
remember the "door project" from some
time ago??? Well, I finally got it caulked
and painted. It needs another swipe but
the bugs will get in my way if I try to do it
tonight- some other day will have to do.
Ryan came over on Sunday and replaced
the light fixture. The old one had the leans
and some mornings it would be completly
upside down- Jerry brought that to my
attention- God bless Jerry!

In the living room I was ready for a change...
So the moulding was finally caulked and then
I decided to paint the ceiling while I was up
there...why not?!?! When that was all done I
moved the couch in about 100 different places
trying to find a new home and this is where
everything landed:) I really like it- it opened
up that room quite a bit and you don't have to
go around the couch to get to the front door!

Here is another view looking from the
front door- my next project will be to figure
out a way to keep my frames on my doors
straight-

Then I dove right into the basement!!!
The room was painted green in the past
and it just did not turn out the way that
I wanted it to so out with the green and in
with the brown. This ceiling was also painted
as part of it was green also. There are little
holes in the ceiling so that got all over my face
when I was painting- it gave me a good laugh.

As you can see, the window covers still
need some white paint and I oh so LOVE
to paint those dumb things. And laundry
already found its way to the bed- that is
Steve's definition of doing laundry...taking it
from the dryer to the bed:)

And then there is the bathroom. This is
the same bathroom that used to have
beauty blue tiles. Tub and Tile really works!!
It took longer than a seven year itch but I was
pleased with how it turned out! I still have
some caulking to finish up but my tool that I
broke is on backorder so I am waiting for it to
come in. The tile is also semi-replaced...I put
down all the tiles that did not need to be cut
and left the rest for Steve to finish up this week!
I bet he can't wait!!

More pics of the bathroom- I
still need to find a way to get all
the stuff off of the counter- space is
VERY limited in both bathrooms!!!

Upclose...look at that:)

And last but not least, here is the
lastest addition of Hendersonville.
I love these plants but I am hoping that
I can keep it alive......
